Boys and Girls Recreational Gymnastics (5 Yrs and up)
A 1 hour class for boys and girls of different abilities. This class includes instruction on all gymnastics apparatus, conditioning, flexibility, and

A 1 hour class that focuses on tumbling skills for cheerleading. This class includes exercises on floor,
tumble trak, and trampoline. It is designed for cheerleaders to master jumps, cartwheels, round-offs, back
handsprings, etc. Classes are according to skill, not age. Group discounts for cheerleading squads.
